These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our webshop, www.zarge.dk. By placing an order, you accept our terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before making a purchase.

ORDERING

You can order items directly on www.zarge.dk.

  • Our webshop is open 24/7.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is complete, you will receive an automatic order confirmation via email.

If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible at kontakt@zarge.dk.

PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Anyday, ViaBill, MobilePay and MasterCard.
  • Payment will be debited from your account when the order is shipped.

Payment with MobilePay:

  • You can quickly and easily pay via MobilePay at checkout.
  • The amount will be debited from your MobilePay account when the order is shipped.

Payment with ViaBill:

  • When you choose ViaBill, you can split the payment into smaller installments.
  • Please note that special terms apply to the use of ViaBill. Read more here.

Payment with Anyday:

  • When paying with Anyday, the first payment is debited upon dispatch of the item.
  • The remaining amount is spread over three monthly installments without interest or fees.
  • If the purchase is returned, the payment agreement automatically terminates. Read more here.

All amounts are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% VAT.

PRICES AND DELIVERY COSTS

  • Shipping: Free shipping on all orders in Denmark.
  • Delivery costs abroad will be stated at checkout.
  • All prices include 25% VAT.

We reserve the right for any typographical errors, price changes and currency fluctuations.

DELIVERY

We deliver with GLS, DAO and Postnord within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day.
  • We deliver to the address you provided when ordering.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by freight companies, weather conditions or other unforeseen events.

COLORS AND SHADES

We do our best to ensure that images of the products on our website reflect the actual item as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary due to different screen settings or natural differences in materials.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – 30 DAYS

We offer a 30-day full right of return on all items purchased in our webshop.

  • The return period starts from the day you receive the item.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

How to proceed:

  1. Notify us within 30 days at kontakt@zarge.dk.
  2. Return the item in its original packaging and unused condition.

Please note:

  • Custom-designed items and engraved products cannot be returned.
  • We reserve the right to withhold a refund until we have inspected the item.

COMPLAINTS

Have you received a defective item? Complaints are handled in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

  • Complaints apply to defects in materials or production, but not wear and tear or damage caused by incorrect use.
  • Contact us at kontakt@zarge.dk, and we will help you further.

If the complaint is justified, we will cover the return shipping. We reserve the right to repair or replace the item instead of refunding the purchase price.
