The following terms and conditions apply between the customer and ZARGE when ordering jewelery via www.zarge.dk . By placing an order, you accept the terms and conditions set out below. We therefore always recommend that you read our terms and conditions before placing your order.
Goods can be ordered at www.zarge.dk . Our online shop is open around the clock. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be distributed the following working day. You will automatically receive an order confirmation of your order via e-mail when you have completed your order. Before submitting your order, you have the opportunity to correct your information and order. Once you have approved your order and completed the payment, it is no longer possible to correct your order. Please contact our customer service if you still have corrections to your order.
ZARGE accepts Dankort, Visa, Visa Elektron, Anyday and MasterCard. The payment is deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT.
When paying with Anyday, we withdraw the first payment when the item is dispatched. You then pay a monthly benefit on the last working day of the next three months. This benefit depends on your order total and payment plan. If you pay all installments on time, there is zero interest and fees. Delivery costs may vary from order to order. Delivery costs are shown separately during checkout when you are placing your order. ZARGE uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your account information. This means that your information cannot be read.
PRICES & COURSES
All prices include 25 percent VAT. We reserve the right for printing errors, tax and currency changes.
ZARGE delivers day to day on all weekdays. All orders with delivery in DK are sent free of charge. Orders placed before 12 noon will be processed the same day. Expected delivery time is 1 working day. The goods are delivered to the delivery address specified on the order. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays at the distributor, including weather conditions, defective third party delivery, etc. All deliveries are made through GLS, DAO or Postnord.
COLORS & SHADES
Reservations are made for shade differences between colors in pictures and jewellery, as well as the actual colors of natural stone. However, we endeavor to ensure that the colors in the images correspond to reality.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day the order is dispatched. Return costs are covered by the buyer. Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase at email@example.com, and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. The return must be made in the same box in which you received your ZARGE jewelry. The cancellation will be processed as soon as possible within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to withhold payment until we have received and inspected the item. You will find our cancellation form here. Complete the form and send it back. If you wish to return an item, it is important that the item is in the same condition as when received. This means that you cannot use the item before returning it. All engraved products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you have a complaint about one of our products, purchased in our webshop, you can send a complaint to: firstname.lastname@example.org. A right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing, not wear and tear or self-inflicted damage. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage due to incorrect handling of the product. ZARGE covers return costs to a reasonable extent if the complaint is justified. We reserve the right to remedy the complaint by replacing with an undamaged product rather than refunding the purchase price. This means that your item will be repaired, or you will be sent a new item as a replacement for the item you have complained about, if your complaint is justified. Limitation of liability We reserve the right for price increases, tax changes, currency changes, out-of-stock and discontinued items and typing errors.

When purchasing ZARGE's jewellery, we collect information about your name, address, telephone number and e-mail in order to process your order. ZARGE takes responsibility for this information and we ensure that it will only be shared with trusted third parties.
