Shipping and Returns

Delivery:

Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days, so you can look forward to receiving your jewelery quickly after ordering. If you are not at home, your parcel will automatically be sent to the nearest parcel box.

Return:

You have a full right of return within 14 days of your receipt.

If you wish to exchange or return jewellery, you must fill in our return form. You will find a return slip and instructions here.

Jewelery must be returned in the original box and in the same condition as you received it.
