Materials
Genuine Materials. No Shortcuts.
We believe in fewer, better pieces. That's why we only use three materials — all chosen for durability, patina, and character.
925 Sterling Silver
Solid 925 sterling silver consists of 92.5% pure silver alloyed with copper for strength. Silver develops its distinctive patina over time — a living surface that tells its own story. All our silver pieces are nickel-free.
Stainless Steel
Selected pieces are made from surgical stainless steel (316L) — a robust, hypoallergenic material that retains color and shape without tarnishing. We use steel as a base for silver-colored pieces and as a foundation for our 18k gold plating, where it provides extra durability in everyday use.
18k Gold Plated
A thick 18k gold plating applied directly to either solid 925 sterling silver or stainless steel. We use a substantial plating — not thin gilding — so the color lasts with daily use. The warm tone of the gold ages beautifully and develops a light patina over time.
Nickel-Free
All ZARGE pieces are nickel-free and crafted with sensitive skin in mind. Our materials are tested according to EU standards for jewelry.
Care
Silver
Remove your silver jewelry before showering, exercising, and sleeping. Store them in an airtight bag. Polish with a jewelry cloth after use to maintain their shine.
Stainless Steel
Steel is the most robust material we use. Wipe with a soft cloth after use. Water-resistant, but avoid prolonged contact with chlorine and saltwater to preserve the surface.
Gold Plated
Avoid contact with perfume, soap, and chlorinated water. Polish gently with a dry, soft cloth — never with polishing agents. Store separately from other jewelry.
